Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we may greet you and ensure that all of the information we have regarding your visit is accurate and up-to-date. We will need to review and make a copy of your insurance card, and as required by the State of Connecticut, we will review and make a copy of your photo identification. We will also verify your address, the name of your doctor, and the procedure for which you have come to our office.
We make every effort to maintain our schedule and avoid any delays, and are almost always on time. However, there are occasional unexpected emergencies, or a patient who unexpectedly needs more time for an exam. We appreciate your understanding of us in these circumstances and will give you the best possible estimate of any delay. If you do have to wait a short time for your appointment, please enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi, television, magazines, and spring water.
Patients without an Appointment
Walk-ins are patients without a scheduled appointment and we welcome walk-ins at all times. However, please understand that we may not be able to always service you immediately and we appreciate your patience. We offer complimentary WiFi service, magazines, water and television in our waiting room in order to help keep you comfortable.
Emergency patients will be seen immediately.
Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel your appointment with us, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment, and be sure to reschedule your exam.
Office Hours
At Guilford Radiology and West Haven Radiology, we are here to serve you and the community. We want to make our hours convenient for you. Our offices are open from 8am to 5pm M-F. In West Haven, we are also open Saturday mornings from 8:30-noon. We offer some early appointments at 7:30 a.m. Please call us if you need an early appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
