PACS
Guilford Radiology and West Haven Radiology utilize a Sectra PACS system which allows authorized users to access images and reports quickly and securely. Click here for additional technical information. If you wish to request a User ID for your self or others in your practice, click here, complete the Users' Agreement, and then fax it to us at 203-458-0427. We will create user IDs and Passwords for you and contact you with the necessary information.

Installing for the first time on this computer? We think you'll find our system to be easy and fast to install, but in case you have any questions, our complete Installation Instructions are available here. To begin, click on the Online PACs Access Link above, and you will be prompted to install the plug-ins needed to run the application. Click "run" when it prompts you.
If you would like to access our PACs using our Citrix gateway, which will allow for faster loading of large image files, and have been given a Citrix User ID and password, click here. Call us at 203-453-5123 if you need a Citrix User ID or if you have any trouble logging in.

NEWS FOR PHYSICIAN PRACTICES:
On September 20, 2011, we launched an upgrade of our PACs software, which will necessitate your re-installing the plug-ins to run our PACs application. You may wish to follow the directions, available here. Among other improvements, you will find that the "print" icon in the reports section is now enabled, and that all reports now print with a header, including the patient name, date of birth facility location and the exam date.
