Today I had the experience of having two MRIs taken in your Guilford Office.  It has been 4 years since my last MRI in Guilford and I must say your facility is wonderful.  Della did my MRI,  and even though it took an hour to complete the whole series, Della was very kind, caring and compassionate.  I told her that no other MRI department ever gives you music to listen to.  Thank you for making this experience much better than I ever expected.  It sure beats going into New Haven. Keep up the good work!

Your staff is so warm and friendly, starting with my initial phone call to Pema that it eases the tension immeasurably. I just wanted to take a moment to write about Roxanne who works at your West Haven site. In 2005-2006 I was diagnosed with breast cancerfrom findings that were done at your facility. I had a mastectomy with breast reconstruction and continued with yearly mammograms and then six month followups (when there were areas of concern) at your West haven site. How relieved I was to have Roxanne care for me with these visits, knowing how stressful each would be. Her attitude was always sunny and warm.....she always demonstrated great empathy and compassion, and she was very considerate to how I was physically feeling at the time and catered to my needs. What a great asset she is to your agency and any woman would be blessed to be in her care. I also wanted to mention that everyone that I’ve been involved from the reception area to the various techs and Drs. at this agency have been very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
